Role Overview
Lead Growth for Legal AI
This role works directly with founders and the wider team to grow markets and build a strong customer journey. You will combine legal context, sales execution, and product feedback to shape commercial outcomes.
What You'll Work On
Lead sales and business development from opportunity to deal.
Present Jónsbók and explain value to legal teams and companies.
Build relationships with law firms, companies, and public institutions.
Help shape go-to-market strategy: pricing, messaging, and sales material.
Bring customer feedback into product development.
Support onboarding and early customer success.
Contribute to expansion into new markets, including travel as needed.
You May Be a Fit If You
Are a lawyer, or have strong legal-practice knowledge.
Have sales, business-development, or consulting experience (B2B is a plus).
Are interested in technology products and fast learning cycles.
Operate well in ambiguity and open-ended problem solving.
Take ownership, show initiative, and work well with people.
Can translate complex topics into clear customer communication.
Nice to Have
Experience in legal practice.
Experience with marketing and campaign execution.
Experience with CRM, sales pipelines, or contract processes.
Experience building communities, networks, or events.
